Michoacan is the zero zone of mexican food. That is why we invite you to this brief yet delicious trips. We will tell you stories about the food, some advices or legends to season your dishes.

We will begin at 8 am in Lu, a place famous for its tradition and respect to local cuisine. With your stomach still full, we will part to Quiroga, in which you can find little shops that offer the best carnitas, corundas and shaked pozole.

We will later visit Santa Fe de la Laguna to visit Lupita Dimas, one of the guardians of traditional cuisine. We will also visit La Tradicion, a refugee of Tierra Caliente in Patzcuaro, where we will taste two typical dishes as well as the paste ice cream original from the lacustrine area.

We will head back to Morelia, having known Mexico a little bit more and its flavors.
