Rosalba Morales, creator of the trout Purenchecuaro style, winner of different prizes in Mexico and ambassador of the purepechan food, invites you to cook at her home.

The appointment is in the morning, in the town of San Jeronimo Purenchecuaro, a community of Quiroga, and from there you will learn histories, tips and secrets of one of the best traditional cooks from Michoacan. The lunch is on Morales, fresh and recently made. We will later head back to the market and then back to the kitchen so we can toast the chilies, knead and prepare the sauces. Do not forget to ask about the tour through the personal garden of the cook.

Fig and blackberry sauces, fish with mole, fresh water of local ingredients, peer and pumpkin deserts are some of the things you will be able to taste in this tour.

 After the class you will be able to try the food and later take a walk through the town, where you will see the gazebo, the church, the main gates and the new municipal auditorium.

You will not be able to forget San Jeronimo Purenchecuaro.
