Ingredients

1 kilogram of quince paste
1 kilogram of sugar

How to

Wash the membrillo and boil them in water. Once cooked, take them out and let them cool. Later, remove the bone and mix the rest with sugar. Put the mix to heat and stir until it thickens and looks almost transparent. Drain the mix to the container and let it cool until you can take it out from the container.
