1 kilogram of corn
1/2 kilogram of bean
Salt to the taste
Corn leaves

How to

Cook the corn with the ashes made from the stove and mill it until you get a consistent dough. In another recipient, cook the bean until you can mill it in the metate or in the miller. Add salt to the taste. Once the dough is ready, add a little bit of salt and spread it in the corn leaves. Add the beans. Prepare the tamales and cook them on a clay pot.
