Ingredients

600 grams of corn dough
1.5 liters of water
2 cups of blackberry (smashed)
2 liters of milk
1 can of condensed

How to

Prepare the dough and add a bit of water, strain it so you do not leave lumps. Heat the dough and stir constantly, the moment the dough changes of color, add the smashed blackberries and the condensed milk. Mix and add milk, continue to stir. Add piloncillo or sugar to the taste.

Suggestions

Decorate with blackberries and serve it or accompany with a corunda or a local bread.
