Ingredients

1 kilogram of fresh beef meat
1 kilogram of dry beef meat
1/2 kilogram of zucchini
1/2 kilogram of cabbage
1/2 kilogram of carrot
1/2 bunch of coriander
Guajillo chilies
Pasilla chilies
Salt

How to

First, you need to cook the different meats. Once cooked, add the coriander and the chilies that need to be previously soaked in water and milled in the metate. Later, add the steam-cooked vegetables and wait until they are completely mix with the chili and the meats. Add corundas to the soup so they can act as tortillas.
