Fruit preserves

1 kilogram of peaches or another fruit to preserve
500 grams of sugar
1 liter of water
*A storage container with lid will be needed

How to

Peel the fruit, cut in half and remove the bone if it is the case. Put it on and let it rest.
Heat the water with sugar, once it reaches its boiling point, add it to the fruit.
Then, strain the fruit and put in on a container with lid. Boil one more the syrup for three minutes and add it to the recipient with the fruit. Introduce the recipient with the lid on a pot with boiling water for 30 minutes, to sterilize it.


The preserved fruit can be accompanied by cottage cheese, granola or other cereals.
