Ingredients for the sauce:
150 grams of boiled beans with salt
200 grams of saladette tomato
50 grams of guajillo chili, clean and big
7 grams of garlic
75 grams of onion

Ingredients for preparation:
180 grams of cream
2 fried and striped tortillas
200 grams of avocado, chopped in squares
200 grams of cotija cheese, smashed
1 black chili, striped and fried

How to

Boil the tomato with the chilies, move them alongside the beans, the garlic and the onion. Strain it and then heat it until it seasons to taste. Add salt.

This soup is native from Pátzcuaro and it has become one of the most iconic of Michoacán.
