Ingredients

1 kilogram of white fish
1/2 kilogram of tomato
6 Serrano chilies
2 garlic
1 onion
1 bunch of coriander

How to

First, you must wash and clean the white fish. On a blender, mill the tomatoes, the onion, and the garlic and then mill them. Season the mix on a pan. Add the bunch of coriander to add taste. Add the fish and cook it there without it tearing.
