Ingredients

3/4 kilograms of sugar
2 liters of milk
2 lemons
Cinnamon

How to

Put the milk with sugar and let them warm. Then, dissolve the paste with two spoons of boiled water and add the milk. Cover the mix with a clean cloth and let them cool until it curds. Chop in small squares in the recipient. Add the lemon juice and the cinnamon. Simmer until the chongos are cooked and thick.

Serve on a glass vase of or in a small plate with a cinnamon stick as a decoration.
