Due to her experience, Cecilia Bernabe is considered a Maestra Cocinera (Master Cook). Her dishes are proof of traditional purepechan recipes, made with metate, molcajete and local ingredients. The mixture of flavors is as magnificent as its looks, made of traditional tools, crafted by local artisans. Cecilia serves her food with blue, hand-made tortillas.
