Eduardo Garibay is a traditional cook from Santa Clara del Cobre but he currently lives in the city of Morelia, where he works at his diner "Doña Chela". There he serves sells traditional regional dishes together with his wife Marisela Chávez. The lamb cooked in a hole in the ground, the rabbit with pulque and beef are some of his more outstanding dishes. He began working in the kitchen since he was 8 years old, with the help of his mother. He has more than 600 recipes in which he showcases his characteristic and unique seasoning. He prepares American, Korean, Chinese, and Jewish meat cuts.
